How long should I stay in the cold plunge?

If you’re new, start with 30 seconds to 1 minute. As your body adapts, most people work up to 2–3 minutes. Consistency matters more than duration.

How cold is the water?

Our plunges typically range between 48–52°F, depending on the setup and environment.

What types of events does Plunge Club support?

From studio activations and corporate wellness events to retreats, brand collaborations, private parties, and bachelorettes — we do it all.

Do you host your own Plunge Club events?

Yes — we host curated community events throughout the year. Stay tuned👀

What do we need to provide to host an event?

Just a flat outdoor space and access to power. We handle everything else.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

  • 1 plunge: ~1 hour set up, 1 hour breakdown

  • 2 plunges: ~2 hours set up, 2 hours breakdown
